Refund and Cancellation 

Cancellation:

If you placed order mistakenly or want to cancel the order than you can cancel order from the website and app before we picked up the clothes.

once we have picked the clothes from your end than order cant be cancelled, and if you cancel the order no refund will be initiated.

Refund:

If you maid the payment before the cloth delivery, and if there is some issue in any cloth or not washed or not cleaned than we refund amount for that particular clothes. not for full order.

it will take approx 3-5 days to settle your refunds.
